The Y.10 helmet features polyfusion shell technology making it compact, comfortable and highly impact resistant. The adjustable face shield and drop down sun visor provide unbeatable field of vision and ample eye protection. In addition to the three-quarter helmet style, the Y.10 has a large upper vent and easy-flow channels in the EPS liner Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is a rigid, energy absorbing foam. In the helmet industry, EPS is the most common means of energy management to protect the brain. Generic EPS is often referred to as “Styrofoam” (a trademarked name owned by the Dow Chemical Company). Premium helmet producers utilize multi-density EPS liners to balance comfort, safety and performance. to keep you cool!
