Whether you’re ordering helmets, jackets, boots, or full riding suits, our team works hard to process and ship your order with speed and accuracy. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, timelines, and costs.
Shipments Within the United States
Orders over $49.99 shipping within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) qualify for free standard shipping.

Fast Processing
Most of our items are stocked and ship quickly. We operate multiple distribution centers across the U.S. to ensure orders reach you faster. In some cases, items may ship directly from a vendor’s warehouse to speed up delivery.
Each product page displays an availability status once you choose size and color. This status also appears at checkout and in your order confirmation email:

Available! Ships in 1–3 business days → Please note that choosing expedited shipping will not reduce the lead time before dispatch.
We always do our best to ship from the closest warehouse to your address. If necessary, your order may be split into multiple shipments.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with carrier-specific tracking details. Most shipments within the lower 48 states are delivered via FedEx or UniUni.
Delivery Timelines

Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days after shipment.

Shipping Changes
Once an order has shipped, changes such as address modifications or intercepts may not be possible. If accepted by the carrier, such requests may incur a $20 fee per package.
Order Cancellations
Because our system processes orders immediately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed. If you need to return an order, please follow our Returns Policy.
Package Refusals
Refusing delivery may result in additional carrier fees. These costs will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned. To avoid unnecessary fees, we recommend using our return process instead.

International orders ship via USPS from our distribution centers. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs. See our International Orders Policy for full details.

Tires: Ship ground within the 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders will ship by air for an additional fee.

Oversized items: Larger products (such as ramps, exhaust systems, or stands) may ship separately and typically via ground services.
Delivery Policy
Most packages are left at your door and do not require a signature unless specified by the vendor. If you prefer signature delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
Backorders
Just Rev It does not normally take backorders. Items available for pre-order will be clearly marked on the product page.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. While claims are processed through the shipping carrier, we will assist you every step of the way to ensure a quick resolution.
