Warm-Weather Construction

The new Blaze 3 Jacket is an all-new design from top to bottom that improves on the comfort and protection needed for a summer riding jacket. With mesh panels and complete mesh inner lining, the Blaze 3 mesh will keep the airflow moving as you cruise through the open roads.

Safety Conscious Design

The reflective area is a dark night-viz reflective, which highlights to others a human form that increases visibility and safety. The Blaze 3 Mesh comes standard with AX1 armor, though it can be upgraded to the AX2 elbow and shoulder armor, along with the AX1 or AX2 back protector. The short connection zipper to attach to Blaze 3 pants and jeans loops adds to the comfort and safety of this design.

Improved Comfort

The Blaze 3 Women’s is all new. The Blaze 3 Women’s is replacing the Calypso 2 -this is the 3rd BILT Women’s mesh jacket and keeps it in line with the Men’s Blaze 3 naming. The overall look and sizing of the Blaze 3 Women’s has shifted to be in line with our current BILT “Relaxed Fit”. The Blaze 3 styling is much more Cruiser vibe than the more touring styled Techno 2. Comfort is improved by updating the fit block to address consumer feedback that the sizing runs small across the bust. For the Blaze 3 we added room to the upper arms, across the bust and back, it has a shorter torso length - plus added accordion stretch at the elbows to increase long term comfort.
