Experience the ultimate touring experience with the Bilt Tour Helmet, featuring a ¾ touring design crafted from injection-molded ABS/PC blended shell for superior durability and protection. Engineered with a multi-density EPS liner Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is a rigid, energy absorbing foam. In the helmet industry, EPS is the most common means of energy management to protect the brain. Generic EPS is often referred to as “Styrofoam” (a trademarked name owned by the Dow Chemical Company). Premium helmet producers utilize multi-density EPS liners to balance comfort, safety and performance. and three EPA liners covering XS_SM, MD and LG-2XL sizes, this helmet ensures a snug and comfortable fit for riders of all proportions. Stay cool and dry on long rides with its moisture-wicking Thermoweld comfort liner and multi-port flow-through ventilation system, complemented by two-position top vents and two exhaust vents to regulate airflow effectively.

Enjoy enhanced visibility in varying light conditions with the convenient drop-down internal sun visor, while 45mm speaker pockets provide compatibility with DWO-1 Lite or other Bluetooth communicators (sold separately) for seamless connectivity. Finished with a double D-ring strap and DOT and ECE 22.06 ECE 22.06 is a helmet safety rating that extends and increases the testing requirements of ECE 22.05 (with 22.05 being a more modern, more comprehensive European alternative to DOT). With 22.06, 12 additional impact points are analyzed (now totaling 18) and impact speed is increased (from 7.5 to 8.2 m/s).
